Mixing Process:
The automatic dosing and mixing lines has 48 bin, which adopts the bar code control method to configure the mixture, and can ensure the uniformity and accuracy of the mixture.
Backplate Treatment Process:
This process adopts Korean BT automatic glue spraying system to ensure the uniformity of glue layer thickness on the backplate surface, and the U-shaped design saves space and improves work efficiency.
Hot Press Process:
This process uses advanced semi-automatic single cylinder single cavity eqidensity rotary press to ensure the stability of product performance.
Heat Treatment & Grinding Process:
This process uses BT drying channel heat treatment equipment and one station grinding (integrating flat grinding, slotting, and chamfering )equipment which are imported from Korea, which can ensure the products have good flatness and parallelism, and improving product circulation speed and high production efficiency.
Painting Process:
This process uses BT painting equipment from Korea and adopts electrostatic spraying mode which can ensure an evenly surface painting on the backplate.
Accessories Installation Assembly line :
This Line integrates marking, unti-noise film installing, accessory installing and plastic packaging, which effectively improves the production efficiency.
