In 2019, Newtek reached a close cooperation with China Yantai Friction Company (CYFC), and established Newtek Automotive (Yantai) Co., Ltd. , with the wish to introduce American technology to China and provide safe and comfortable brake pads for Chinese consumers, and by now it has  more than 3000 brake pad models, and with annual production capacity of 8 million sets of brake pads.
